Dear Parents and Guardians,

Welcome back to a new and exciting school year, Hazel Goes Cook Elementary School! I hope you all had a restful and enjoyable summer break. As we embark on this new academic year, I am filled with enthusiasm for the opportunities and experiences that await our students.

Our dedicated team of educators has been working diligently to prepare engaging and challenging learning experiences that align with the International Baccalaureate (1B) philosophy. We are committed to fostering a love of learning, critical thinking, and a global perspective in each of our students. This year, we will continue to focus on the 1B Learner Profile attributes, encouraging our students to be inquirers, knowledgeable, thinkers, communicators, principled, open-minded, caring, risk-takers, balanced, and reflective.

At Cook, we believe in the power of a strong partnership between home and school. We encourage you to be actively involved in your child's education and participate in school activities and events.
