Diane Trailer, a Cook Elementary Grade 6 teacher, was recently recognized for getting students involved in physical activity before and after school, as well as for her work to create an outdoor classroom next to the school garden.

The District's notification system School Messenger sends messages via email and automated telephone calls regarding events, school closings, safety alerts, and more. In addition, you can also subscribe to receive SMS alerts (text messages). To opt-in to the service, text a “Y" or "Yes” to 67587.

Our school district has implemented a new Visitor Management system. Volunteers who want to gain access to school sites during school hours will be asked to present a valid CA driver's license or acceptable ID card. Please call the school office if you have any questions about the Visitor Management system.
